1. Independent service provider. Aria Partners provide services independently and are not employees of Aria. Partners are responsible for how they perform their services and for complying with applicable laws and requirements.
2. Accurate information. You must provide truthful and current application, contact, service, pricing, availability and coverage information. Aria may request reasonable verification for particular services before approval or continued access.
3. Customer arrangements. Service details may be discussed directly with the customer. You must clearly agree on the scope, timing, price and any extra charges before carrying out work. Do not mislead customers or add undisclosed charges.
4. Safety and professional conduct. Treat customers, their property and personal information respectfully. Do not accept work you cannot safely or lawfully perform. Harassment, threats, fraud, theft, discrimination or unsafe conduct may result in suspension or removal.
5. Bookings, cancellations and payments. Follow the booking, cancellation, payment and payout process shown by Aria for the relevant service.
6. Aria platform commission. Aria may charge a platform commission on each successfully completed booking made through the Aria platform. The applicable commission rate may vary by service and will be disclosed to the Partner before the relevant service is activated or booking is accepted. Unless Aria states otherwise for a particular service, the applicable commission is deducted from the customer payment before the remaining Partner payout is released. Any refund, adjustment or separately disclosed charge may affect the final payout.
7. No intentional fee circumvention. A Partner must not encourage a customer introduced or connected through Aria to cancel, redirect or arrange the same or subsequent service outside Aria for the purpose of avoiding Aria's applicable platform commission or booking process. Repeated or deliberate circumvention may result in a warning, service restriction, suspension or removal of Partner access.
8. Transport and service costs. If your service involves driving, delivery or transport, you are responsible for suitable transport, licences, insurance, fuel and other operating requirements that apply to you.
9. Business logo and content. If you send Aria a business logo, photo or description, you confirm that you have permission to use it and allow Aria to display it for your Partner profile and service listings.
10. Customer complaints and reviews. Aria may review complaints, booking records and customer feedback. Partners should cooperate reasonably when Aria asks for information about a booking or complaint.
11. Approval and account access. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Aria may approve, decline, restrict, suspend or remove Partner access where reasonably necessary for platform safety, misuse, repeated service issues or breach of these terms.
12. Responsibility. Each Partner remains responsible for the service they personally provide. Aria operates the platform and does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings or earnings.
13. Privacy. Use customer contact, address and booking information only as needed to provide the booked service. Do not share or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes without permission.
14. Changes. Aria may update Partner rules as the platform develops. Material changes should be communicated through the app or Aria's normal contact channels.
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Aria Partner Terms & Conditions.
